Admire the Brèche de Roland from the terrace or the restaurant room savouring the cooking prepared by the chef under the attentive eyes of Philippe.

Odile will propose you a gourmet walk with the home-made garbure (traditional cabbage soup with bacon), the black pork of Bigorre, the Fario trout, AOC sheep grillings (quality guarantee) Barèges-Gavarnie, the cow or ewe cheese from the Pyrenees or the gâteau à la broche cooked in front of a wood fire and a lot of other specialities from the country.

The locl wines such as madiran and jurançon will be served with the authentic and refined cooking.

Family side : baby chair and booster seat.

In the lounge room adjoining the TV room, you will discuss peacefully and refresh yourself with a Murançon or the cocktail of la Brèche.
